Love Lived Out

It's easy to love those who love us back. But the true test of love shows up when we're hurt, disappointed, or challenged. God didn't wait until we were worthy to love us—He loved us while we were still broken and far from Him. That kind of love is our example: sacrificial, undeserved, and without limits. When we abide in His love, our hearts begin to respond like His—with grace instead of judgment, mercy instead of retaliation. That's the kind of love that stands out in a broken world. And it's the kind of love we're empowered to give.
