God's Wisdom for Raising Kingdom Kids

January 8, 2025Author: Trish TiptonCategory: Parenting

Parenting is sacred work. God's Word gives us more than advice—it gives us a framework. We are called to disciple, correct, nurture, and lead. Scripture reminds us that truth begins in our own hearts before it's passed on to theirs.

The Bible is full of parenting wisdom: discipline with love, lead by example, correct with grace, and raise them up in the fear of the Lord. God's design is not just to manage behavior, but to shape character and form identity rooted in Christ.

Even when the way is hard or the fruit is slow to grow, His Word will not return void. Keep planting. Keep praying. His promises remain.

Deuteronomy 6:6-7 (NKJV) – "And these words which I command you today shall be in your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children…"

Today I Confess

I lean on Your Word, Lord, not my own wisdom. I raise my children in Your truth, with love, consistency, and grace. You are faithful to complete what You began in them.
