Forgiven and Healed
You Can't Have One Without the Other
When Jesus forgave the paralytic, the crowd was shocked—but what followed was even more powerful: healing. He didn't just say "your sins are forgiven" and move on. He said, "Rise, take up your mat, and walk." Forgiveness was never meant to be a theological concept we carry—it's a transformational reality we live. Healing follows because forgiveness restores what sin had broken.
Too often we separate the two—thinking we're spiritually forgiven but physically or emotionally bound. But Jesus didn't come to offer partial wholeness. He came to restore everything—spirit, soul, and body. When you receive His forgiveness fully, shame loses its grip, and healing becomes not just possible but promised.
You are not stuck in your past. You are not disqualified by your failure. You are forgiven. And because you are forgiven, you are also healed—by His wounds, by His grace, and by His unfailing love.
"But that you may know that the Son of Man has power on earth to forgive sins"—He said to the paralytic, 'I say to you, arise, take up your bed, and go to your house.'" – Mark 2:10–11
Today I Confess
I receive the full forgiveness of Christ and the healing it brings. Shame no longer defines me—wholeness does. I rise in His grace today.
