God's Journey Toward Us
He Didn't Wait for You to Be Ready
From the moment sin entered the world, God set a plan in motion—not to condemn, but to redeem. He didn't sit on a throne waiting for us to find Him. He moved toward us. Through covenants, prophets, and ultimately Jesus, every step of history is a picture of His relentless pursuit. He doesn't require perfection—He simply asks us to receive what's already been given.
Even in your weakest moments, He's not pacing Heaven, hoping you'll get it together. He's drawing near to bind up what's broken, to heal what hurts, and to restore what's been lost. His journey toward you proves one thing: His love was never based on your ability to reach Him—it was always based on His decision to reach you.
When you realize this, striving falls away. Your identity is no longer built on how well you perform, but on how deeply you're loved. His journey toward you is the foundation of your healing.
"But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us." – Romans 5:8
Today I Confess
God came for me even when I didn't deserve it. I don't have to chase healing—it already chased me down through Jesus. I receive it fully.
