Prayer is not a formula you perform correctly to unlock a blessing. It is a conversation with a Father who already loves you and longs to hear your voice. Come to Him as you are — messy, unsure, maybe even frustrated. He is not put off by your honesty. He is moved by it. Open your hands and your heart, and let this morning's quiet moments be a real exchange between you and the One who made you.
