Prayer for Anxiety, Fear, and Overwhelm

Father, my mind is full and my heart is racing. I know Your Word says not to be anxious about anything — and I want to live that but right now it is hard. So I bring the anxiety to You just as it is. Take it from my hands. Replace the racing thoughts with Your peace that I cannot manufacture on my own. I am not striving to feel better — I am resting in the truth that You have this. Amen.
