Prayer for Comfort During Pain

For the moments when pain is the loudest voice in the room

Father, the pain is real and I will not pretend otherwise. But You are more real than the pain. You are acquainted with suffering — You wore a body that hurt. Meet me here in this. Be closer than the ache. Let Your presence be so tangible that even in the middle of this, I know I am not alone. Comfort me the way only You can. Amen.
