Cherry Almond Crumble Bars
A buttery oat crumble layered with sweet cherry pie filling and a hint of almond extract — simple, beautiful, and hard to stop at one bar.

Ingredients
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- ½ tsp almond extract
- ½ cup butter, softened
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 cup flour
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8x8” baking dish.

Mix butter, sugar, flour, oats, and salt until crumbly.

Press ⅔ of the mixture into the bottom of the dish.

Stir almond extract into cherry pie filling and spread over the crust.

Sprinkle remaining crumble on top.

Bake for 30–35 minutes or until golden. Cool completely before slicing into bars.
