Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, room temperature
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

    Heat oven to 350°F.

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl until a soft dough forms.

    Press evenly into the bottom of a baking dish.
