Strawberry Popsicles

Fresh strawberries blended with Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and vanilla β€” poured into molds and frozen into the most refreshing summer popsicle.

Strawberry Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces plain Greek yogurt (4% milk fat)
  • 2 cups diced strawberries (stems removed)
  • ΒΌ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

    Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth, about 10 seconds. Scrape down sides as needed. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.

    Divide mixture evenly among reusable popsicle molds.

    Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight. Run molds under warm water briefly to loosen before serving.

    Store remaining pops in a freezer bag with air removed for up to 3 months.
