Hibiscus Iced Tea

Hibiscus tea is one of those things that looks so stunning people always ask what it is before they even taste it. That gorgeous deep ruby color is entirely natural and comes from the dried hibiscus flowers. It has a lovely tart flavor similar to cranberry that is refreshing and not too sweet. I brew a big pitcher each week in summer, sweeten it very lightly with honey, and serve it over ice with a sprig of fresh mint.
