How to Print Just the Labels You Want (Avery 36476)

You'll be using Avery 36476 — 2" x 2" Glossy Square Labels. The Avery Design & Print Online tool is free and requires only a free account.

Step 1 — Screenshot the label you want: open the label PDF and zoom in on the specific label. Take a screenshot of just that label. On Mac: press Shift + Command + 4. On Windows: use Snipping Tool or Snip & Sketch.

Step 2 — Open Avery Design & Print Online: sign up for a free Avery account if you don't already have one. Open the Avery 36476 template and select "Edit One" to work on individual labels instead of the whole sheet.

Step 3 — Upload your label image: click the square where you want the label to go. Click Image → Add Image and upload the screenshot you took. Resize it to fill the 2" × 2" square. Leave the remaining squares blank or add more labels as needed.

Step 4 — Print only what you filled in: click Preview & Print and choose Print It Yourself. Download the PDF and print. Only the labels you placed will print — blank squares stay ready for future use.
