Coconut Aminos All-Purpose Marinade
Balanced, savory, slightly tangy — built to work on everything

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp Tajín seasoning
- 1–2 tsp salt (cut back)
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic (squeeze or fresh)
- Optional: 1 tsp–1 tbsp Dijon mustard
