Ingredients
Tajín Beef Skillet
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 large onions, sliced thin
- 2–3 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- 1–2 tsp black pepper
- 2–3 tbsp Tajín
- Optional: garlic, fresh or powder
Buttered Corn with Tajín
- 1 bag frozen corn
- 2 tbsp butter
- Splash of water
- Salt and pepper
- Tajín seasoning
- 1 tbsp sour cream
Instructions
Make the Skillet

Cook onions low and slow in butter until deeply caramelized.

Push onions aside, add beef, and brown well.

Mix together and season with salt, pepper, and Tajín.

Let it sit and slightly crisp in spots — that is the flavor.
Buttered Corn with Tajín

Add frozen corn to a skillet with butter and a splash of water.

Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
