Sweet orange oil has remarkable mood-elevating and energizing properties — research has consistently found that citrus aromas reduce feelings of fatigue and increase positive emotional states. Peppermint is one of the most effective stimulating oils available, with studies showing improvements in athletic performance, alertness, and exercise endurance when inhaled.

Rosemary supports cognitive energy and mental stamina through its acetylcholinesterase-inhibiting action, while lemon adds brightness and refreshes the whole sensory experience. Ingredients

  • 4 drops Orange essential oil
  • 3 drops Peppermint essential oil
  • 2 drops Rosemary essential oil

How to Use

  1. 1For inhaler: add essential oils to a clean cotton wick, insert into inhaler tube, and cap.
