Remineralizing Tooth Powder (4 Cup Batch)
A larger 4-cup batch of the remineralizing tooth powder — the same formula, ideal for families or long-term daily use.
Once the 2-cup batch has become a regular part of your oral care routine, this 4-cup batch is the practical next step — more economical to make in bulk, and a single batch lasts considerably longer for daily use or for a household of multiple people.
The formula is identical to the 2-cup batch, simply doubled. The bentonite clay and calcium carbonate work together to both clean and remineralize, the baking soda balances pH, and the mineral salt contributes trace minerals while enhancing the antibacterial environment in the mouth. Peppermint and clove are the most popular essential oil choices — peppermint for its fresh flavor and antimicrobial properties, clove for its potent antibacterial and analgesic qualities that are particularly beneficial for gum health.
Store this larger batch in a wide-mouth glass jar with a tight-fitting lid. Keep a smaller working jar at the sink and refill from the main batch, which should be stored somewhere cool and dry to maximize shelf life.
