Overflowing with Wisdom
Letting His Word Shape Every Part of Us
What we fill our hearts and minds with matters. Colossians 3:16 TPT reminds us to "Let the word of Christ live in you richly, flooding you with all wisdom." That kind of flooding doesn't happen by accident—it's intentional. It comes from spending time in the Word until it becomes part of how we think, speak, and live. His truth doesn't just sit in us; it fills every space, pushing out confusion, fear, and self-reliance. When Scripture is alive inside us, it naturally flows out. We teach, encourage, and lift each other up with it—not by preaching at people, but by sharing psalms, songs, and truth that point others back to Jesus. It's how the body of Christ stays strong and unified: through God's Word working in us and through us. There's joy in celebrating truth together, even in tough seasons. If we're not applying Scripture to our everyday lives and conversations, it's easy to slip into human wisdom or empty talk. But when the Word has deep roots in us, our responses carry eternal weight. Let's be the ones who overflow with wisdom—not because we know it all, but because His Word lives in us richly.
Today I Confess
I live by faith, not by sight. God is faithful, and I trust Him with my whole heart.
