The Power of Love

God's forgiveness is proof of His love for you. When you truly grasp that His forgiveness isn't something you have to earn, it changes everything. Jesus paid the price so you could walk free, covered by a love that restores what was lost and brings you back into relationship with the Father. Good things happen when you are conscious of His love. Living with an awareness of His love opens the door to His favor. When your heart knows it's cherished, you begin to expect blessings instead of bracing for disappointment—and that changes the atmosphere around you. Your priority is to receive His love. It all starts here. Before you can give love, stand in faith, or experience peace, you must first receive the love God is constantly offering. That love becomes your anchor, your fuel, and your guide. Stop trying to reason God's love out; believe it with your heart! God's love doesn't always make sense in the natural—it's too big, too good, too faithful. But your heart was made to believe, to receive, and to rest in what your mind might never fully understand. Love because you have first been loved. You don't have to strive to love others well. When you live out of the overflow of how deeply you've been loved, it becomes easy to extend grace, mercy, and compassion to everyone around you.
