Evening Prayer

Releasing the day and resting in God's care

Father, the day is done and I release it to You. What went well — thank You. What did not — I trust You with that too. Forgive me where I fell short and let me receive that forgiveness without carrying tonight what You have already removed. Cover my sleep. Guard my home. Let me rest in the truth that You never sleep and You are watching over everything I love. Good night, Lord. Amen.
