Prayer for Restful Sleep

For the rest that comes from trusting God with the night

Lord, I need real rest tonight. Not just sleep but the kind of deep restoration that only comes from truly letting go. I give You my worries, my to-do list, and everything unfinished. You give rest to those You love — and I receive it now. Let my body relax, my mind grow quiet, and my spirit rest in the peace that You are near. I will meditate on Your goodness as I drift to sleep. Amen.
