Prayer for Emotional Healing

For the wounds that don't show on the outside

Father, some of my deepest wounds are the ones no one can see. Emotional pain is real pain and I bring mine to You today. You are close to the brokenhearted. You bind up wounds that no one else even knows exist. Heal the places in me that hurt. Restore what was taken. And where I have built walls to protect myself, give me the courage to let Your love in. Amen.
