Prayer When a Child Feels Scared

For the little heart that needs to know it is safe

Lord, this child is scared and I ask You to come close. Let Your peace settle over them like a warm blanket. Remind them that You are bigger than whatever is frightening them. Give them a picture of Your presence — something they can hold onto in the dark. Let them feel safe because You are near. And use me to be Your hands and voice of comfort to them today. Amen.
