This peach cobbler recipe has been in my family for as long as I can remember. The batter puffs up around the peaches as it bakes, creating the most incredible contrast between the juicy fruit and the lightly crisp, buttery crust. I only make this in the summer when peaches are at their sweetest, though it works wonderfully with frozen peaches in a pinch. Nothing says summer hospitality quite like bringing a warm cobbler to the table.
