Beef and Vegetable Stir Fry

A good stir fry is one of the fastest real dinners you can put on the table. The key is having everything prepped and ready before the heat goes on, because once the wok is hot things move quickly. I use flank steak sliced very thin against the grain, which becomes incredibly tender in the hot pan. The sauce is just soy sauce, fresh ginger, garlic, a little sesame oil, and honey — simple ingredients that create a deeply satisfying result.
