ACV for Weight Loss and Inflammation
Five targeted apple cider vinegar drink combinations — each built for a specific purpose. These are not meant to all be used in one day. Choose one or two based on your goal.

Apple cider vinegar works on inflammation and weight loss through several mechanisms: it improves insulin sensitivity, signals the body to use fat for fuel, and supports a gut environment that reduces systemic inflammation. These five combinations build on those effects by pairing ACV with ingredients that each add a specific, targeted benefit.
Choose one or two based on your goal for the day. Do not try to use all five at once.
Ingredients
- Bloat & Digestion: 8–12 oz warm water, 1 tbsp ACV, 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice, ¼ tsp ground ginger
- Inflammation & Healing: 8–12 oz warm water, 1 tbsp ACV, ½ tsp turmeric, pinch of black pepper, ¼ tsp ginger
- Blood Sugar & Cravings: 8–12 oz warm water, 1 tbsp ACV, ¼ tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp raw honey
- Fasting & Hydration: 12–16 oz warm water, 1 tbsp ACV, small pinch Himalayan salt
- Fat Burn Stack: 8–12 oz warm water, 1 tbsp ACV, pinch to ⅛ tsp cayenne — then black coffee 10–20 min later
How to Use
- 1Bloat & Digestion: Stir and sip slowly. Best in the morning or after a heavy meal.
- 2Inflammation & Healing: Start with half strength if sensitive. Best mid-morning or afternoon. The best dual-purpose combination — ACV signals fat use, turmeric lowers inflammation, black pepper activates turmeric and boosts fat oxidation, ginger improves digestion.
- 3Blood Sugar & Cravings: Best late afternoon or evening to prevent cravings.
- 4Fasting & Hydration: Use on fasting days or before cardio. Alternate: follow electrolyte packet directions then add 1 tbsp ACV — use on low-carb days or when sweating more.
- 5Fat Burn Stack: Drink first, wait 10–20 minutes, then have black coffee. Fat burns best in a body that is calm and not inflamed — pair with the Turmeric blend on the same day.
