Pain Relief
A simple avocado seed infusion in isopropyl alcohol that makes an effective topical pain-relief spray or roll-on.
Avocado seeds are one of the most underused parts of a fruit that most of us eat regularly. They contain a high concentration of antioxidants, anti-inflammatory compounds, and fatty acids that, when extracted into isopropyl alcohol, create a topical solution that many people find soothing for localized pain and inflammation.
This remedy requires a little patience — a full week of infusing — but the preparation itself takes only minutes. Grating the seeds maximizes surface area and produces a stronger extract. The finished liquid can be applied with a spray bottle for broader areas or a dropper bottle for more targeted application.
Store the finished remedy in a cool, dark place. Apply topically to affected areas as needed. This is for external use only — do not ingest.
