Magnesium Body Mist
A light, easy-to-apply magnesium spray for daily muscle and nerve support — made in minutes with just two ingredients.
Magnesium body mist — sometimes called magnesium oil spray, though it contains no actual oil — is one of the easiest and most cost-effective ways to supplement magnesium transdermally. A bag of magnesium flakes costs just a few dollars and makes months' worth of spray, compared to expensive store-bought versions.
Transdermal magnesium is particularly useful for people who experience digestive upset from oral magnesium supplements, as it bypasses the gastrointestinal system entirely. Many people with muscle cramps, restless legs, tension headaches, and disrupted sleep find meaningful improvement from consistent daily application.
Lavender essential oil adds a calming quality that makes this spray especially pleasant for an evening application. Rosemary is a good choice for morning use — it's uplifting and may enhance circulation. Shake before each use as the solution can settle.
