Magnesium Balm
A rich, skin-nourishing balm that delivers magnesium transdermally — ideal for bedtime application to legs, feet, and back.
Magnesium deficiency is widespread and contributes to muscle cramps, restless legs, poor sleep, and chronic tension. This balm delivers magnesium through the skin in a rich, moisturizing base that is far more pleasant to use than straight magnesium oil spray, which can leave a sticky residue and sometimes causes a tingling sensation on sensitive skin.
Beeswax provides the firm body of the balm while shea butter or coconut oil nourishes the skin. The magnesium oil is incorporated after the wax and oil have melted and begun to cool — this prevents the water-based magnesium from separating out of the balm during setting.
Apply to legs, feet, or back at bedtime. The combination of magnesium absorption and the gentle massage of application is a genuinely relaxing pre-sleep ritual that many people find improves both sleep quality and morning muscle soreness.
