As Jesus Is, So Are You Now
Living in the Reality of Your New Identity
When you look at your past or present struggles, it's easy to feel unworthy—but that's not how God sees you. He sees you through Jesus. "Love has been perfected among us in this: that we may have boldness in the day of judgment; because as He is, so are we in this world" (1 John 4:17 NKJV). Because of Jesus, you can live boldly and confidently, knowing you already have His approval. This verse doesn't say "as He was," but "as He is." Right now, Jesus is seated at the Father's right hand in victory and authority—and that's your position too. "He raised Him… far above all principality and power… and gave Him to be head over all things to the church… His body" (Ephesians 1:20–23 NKJV). So lift your eyes above your circumstances. In Christ, you're not under anything—you're seated with Him, far above sickness, fear, and lack. See yourself as God sees you: strong, whole, and reigning in life because of Jesus.
Today I Confess
I'm not trying to become righteous—I already am in Him. I walk boldly because I've been made like Jesus by His grace.
