Yardwork and outdoor labor expose the body to pollen, dust, mold spores, and other airborne particles that can leave the airways feeling congested, irritated, or heavy. This inhaler blend was designed for exactly that post-yardwork moment — to clear and refresh the respiratory system, calm the body's inflammatory response, and help the mind transition from physical exertion to rest.

Peppermint opens nasal passages and airways through its menthol content, providing immediate relief from post-yardwork nasal congestion or irritation. Eucalyptus has documented mucolytic and anti-inflammatory effects that help clear any particulate-triggered irritation in the airways. Lemon is uplifting and cleansing, and helps refresh the senses after time in dusty or pollen-heavy environments.

Lavender completes the blend with calming, anti-inflammatory properties that ease the physical stress response and help the nervous system wind down after sustained outdoor effort. Keep this inhaler in a pocket or garden bag for immediate post-yardwork use.
