Kefir is a fermented milk drink that contains far more probiotic strains — and in higher concentrations — than most commercial yogurts. It's also partially broken down by the fermentation process, making it easier to digest for many people who have difficulty with regular dairy. When blended into a smoothie, it's an easy and delicious way to get a significant probiotic boost daily.

Ingredients
- 1 cup plain kefir (or plain full-fat Greek yogurt)
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 medium banana
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of cinnamon
How to Use
