Soothing Mineral Foot Soak
A Sea-90 and Epsom salt foot soak that draws toxins, restores trace minerals, and leaves feet refreshed and nourished.
Foot soaks are one of the simplest and most effective forms of self-care — the feet have large pores and rich vascular and nerve supply that make them highly receptive to transdermal absorption. This soak combines two mineral-rich salts to create a bath that detoxifies, remineralizes, and deeply relaxes tired feet.
Sea-90 is a full-spectrum sea mineral concentrate derived from seawater through solar evaporation. Unlike table salt or even standard sea salt, it retains the full array of 90+ trace minerals found in the ocean — minerals that are increasingly absent from our food supply. Soaking in Sea-90 may support transdermal mineral replenishment, particularly for magnesium, potassium, and trace elements.
Epsom salt provides magnesium sulfate, which is well-established for its muscle-relaxing and inflammation-reducing properties. Together these two salts create a soak that goes beyond simple relaxation — it's a genuine mineral therapy for the whole body through the feet.
